GoI asked to implement PB CAT judgement regarding Modified Parity w.e.f. 01.01.2006 within 3 months.
3 months time has been given for implementation by the PB CAT regarding Modified Parity to Pre 2006 Pensioners. The Contempt Petition came for hearing on 15th May 2014. The Govt. Counsel informed the Hon Tribunal that Minister of Law has advised to implement the judgement
